Are You Having Fun?

I just got back from vacation. .......Back To Reality!

I had alot of fun but now that I am back it made me realize something....that I really love and enjoy what I do.

While on vacation I still found sometime to workout. I performed 15-25min workouts in the morning and made them fun and different.

Working out should be fun!

Ask yourself a few questions:

"Are you having fun?''


"Do you enjoy what you do?''


"Do you have aspects of your training that you just can't stand?''


"Are there parts of your training you'd spend all of your time on if you could?"



If you want to really, truly be successful and see the results that you have always dreamed these are questions you have to know the answers to.


Next, find people to compliment what you like and are equally doing the things necessary to transform their body. Team up with them and hold eachother accountable.

It is time to have fun while getting fit!
