I have seen quite a few athletes over the last month really step their game up.
In their Training...
In their Skill Work...
In their Eating Habits...
I am extremely proud of these individuals and I know that you are now one step closer to ultimate success.
I want to now challenge you to take it to the next level.
I am constantly preaching on speaking those things that you want to walk into.
Those of you that know me know how big I am on the power of your words.
If you are going to live a life of ultimate success you must now begin to speak it.
Start to declare those things that you want on a daily basis.
Let's be realistic just speaking it is not going to make it happen, of course you have got to put the work in on a daily basis.
You see, when you know that you are taking care of business on a daily basis and doing those things necessary then you will have the confidence to speak it.
I am talking about declaring it not only when times are good but also when adversity comes and you feel like it may not happen.
Make the decision today that you are going to begin to speak those good things into your life.
I once heard someone say SPEAK WHAT YOU SEEK!

ARE YOU SCARED TODAY?
Everyday do something that scares you!
Do something out of the norm.
Do something that you usually would not do.
You see, alot of people never achieve ultimate success because they are scared to fail.
I want you to do something today that you are scared to do.
Maybe it's try something new in your training..
Maybe it is asking someone to help you with your school work...
Maybe it is competing a little harder during your training....
On a daily basis you have got to make it a point to get out of your comfort zone and do something that you usually would not do that you know can make you better.
Do something today that scares you and take your game to the next level!

Don't Be Fat Anymore!
How bad do you really want to lose that extra bodyfat?
Today I want to give you one word that will help you lose those extra pounds for ever...
MOVEMENT!
Start moving.
So many Americans live such sedentary lives, if you really want to lose some fat then you have got to start moving.
Do some Jumping jacks when you get a free few minutes!
Walk the stairs at work on your lunch break!
Park a few spots further at the grocery store!
Get off the couch and start moving!

ARE YOU READY?
Are You Ready For The BIG LEAGUES?
THE BATTLE TO GET TO THE BIG LEAGUE IS A DAILY BATTLE!
If you don't face any persecution you aren't working hard enough to get there.
If times don't get tough then you are not doing enough on a daily basis.
When you are serious about being successful people and situations and things will bring their best effort to get you out of your game.
Pressure will come...Are you ready?
You must learn to love pressure and attack it on a daily basis.
The players that make it to the NBA Final's don't look for some way out of it, do they?
Do you think the guys in the Super Bowl say, "Man, I wish I didn't have to be in that Superbowl game.
Hell No!
Those guys live for that...
Do you think the guys playing in the World Series think, "Maybe I'll be sick and I won't have to play."
Hell No!!
They live for the opportunity. They worked all their life to get there and now is the time to prove they are the best.
That's how you need to be when the challenges come at you. You should accept that challenge, knowing that your going to come out on top.
You have got to learn to love pressure and thrive in pressure situations!
Trust Yourself, knowing that now is preparation time.
Chase your dreams and never give up!

Are You Having Fun?
I just got back from vacation. .......Back To Reality!
I had alot of fun but now that I am back it made me realize something....that I really love and enjoy what I do.
While on vacation I still found sometime to workout. I performed 15-25min workouts in the morning and made them fun and different.
Working out should be fun!
Ask yourself a few questions:
"Are you having fun?''
"Do you enjoy what you do?''
"Do you have aspects of your training that you just can't stand?''
"Are there parts of your training you'd spend all of your time on if you could?"
If you want to really, truly be successful and see the results that you have always dreamed these are questions you have to know the answers to.
Next, find people to compliment what you like and are equally doing the things necessary to transform their body. Team up with them and hold eachother accountable.
It is time to have fun while getting fit!

Do You Want To Lose Weight?

Why do people who are trying to lose weight spend endless hours on the elliptical machine, stairclimber, or stationary bike?
The answer: Because they were told that this kind of exercise is what works.
Have you been performing mediocre, slow fat-burning, hours-of-exercise cardio to burn fat? Then listen up!
Have you been performing this type of cardio for a while now and are just not seeing the results that you desire?
Then don't do what most people do. They increase their workouts, perform longer sessions on the elliptical, or add another mile to that slow jog.
Instead... STOP!
I want to introduce you to a way to not only lose those extra unwanted pounds, but to also build strength and help you maximize your time.
