With the World Olympics kicked off and in full swing, one thing became more clear to me than ever.

Athletes everywhere are dreaming of one day themselves being there and everyday taking a step closer to make it a reality.

Competition is very REAL.

And everyday it becomes even more real.

If you've been THINKING about doing something, Now Is Your Time!

Maybe to start working out...
Maybe starting a nutrition program...
Or doing something to get in shape or better your health, you'd better realize you need to get your a@@ in gear and get started.

The competition is here. It is you competing for your life!


Because all that stuff you've been putting off until tomorrow, well, it's going to come back to bite you in your a@@ if you don't.

Somebody wants it just as bad as you do and somebody wants it even worse than you do.

Oh yeah, and don't forget this fight you are fighting is your life. It is time to take it serious!


I'm not here to baby you and tell you everything is going to be OK.


I'm here to tell you there are a lot of other people out there DOING what you are TALKING about.
